Application & Enrolment

Now you have found the course you want and checked the entry requirements, you are ready to apply. Follow the step-by-step guide below.

01 Prepare supporting documentation for your application, you will need:
A certified copy of your passport
Certified copies of your recent academic results and qualifications, and
A certified copy of your English test results
We will request for evidence of finances and other supporting documents, if required before finalizing your application
Statement of Purpose (SOP)
02 Submit your application and documents
Complete the Application for admission – International Form and send it either via email to admission@eia.edu.au or post it to 388 Queen Street, Melbourne, 3000, VIC.
EIA will send you an email confirming we have received your application and all supporting documentation.

03 Review and processing of your application
This will take up to 7 working days. You will be notified if you need to provide additional information or if the process will take longer. If successful, you will receive a course offer.
04 Accept your offer
Before you accept, check all the conditions on your offer letter. Your fee amount will be detailed in the Letter of Offer and you can choose from a number of payment methods outlined in the letter.
To accept this offer, you must:
sign (on each page) and return the letter and agreement before the offer acceptance date
pay the required fee instalment
Provide other evidence/documentation that required to meet the entry requirements (if applicable).
05 Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)
Once your application and payment has been fully processed, it normally takes us 2 working days to issue you a Confirmation of Enrolment (COE). You will receive it via email, together with an orientation information pack which outline everything you need to know about enrolling for your course.
You must have a valid Confirmation of Enrolment (COE) to apply for an Australian student visa SC 500. It is the applicant's responsibility to maintain valid Confirmation of Enrollment at all times.

06 Prepare for your departure and Orientation
We prepare the international student guidebook [Link to the pdf document] for you to prepare for life in Australia, and studying at EIA.
Once you have confirmed your flight, please advise the student service team for your arrival details. They can arrange to airport pickup and assistant to accommodation.
