Here you will find information on tuition and other fees for both domestic and international students, as well as our financial assistance to support you and your study.

Fees

Tuition fee

Find tuition fee information on your selected course page. Fee amount and payment methods also will be detailed in your Letter of Offer.

Non tuition fee

Enrolment fee (Non-refundable): $ 200

Replacement/additional certificates or statement of attainment: $60

Re-application fee: $150

Request postage of documents: $20 (within Australia). Overseas postage fee depends on the destination.

Late payment of tuition fee: Accrues at 2% per week

Refund processing fee: $500

The Census date is the payment due date on your invoice for your tuition and non-tuition fees. Census date is the last day of each trimester for students to amend their enrolment. Find out key dates

You can pay your fees by one of the following methods:

Pay fee directly to EIA in person to Level One 337 La Trobe Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, or

Electronic funds transfer, using the information in your offer letter or provided by student administration

DO NOT pay tuition fee to a third party. EIA will not be responsible for tuition fees paid to a third party

You can follow an instalment plan. You must agree to the terms of this plan in an agreement. Find out more

We provide a range of supports for students suffering financial hardship based on the circumstances. This includes an individualised payment plan. Please contact student.support@eia.edu.au

If you drop a unit or course on or before the census date, you will not liable for the applicable fees. If you have made a payment towards your fees, you will be eligible to receive a refund. The process starts when a student officially submits the Cancellation Form. If a fee refund is due please contact Student Administration at Admission@eia.edu.au.

Scholarship and financial support

At EIA, we offer a wide range of scholarships and financial support to Australian and International students to help them focus on their study and achieve their dreams.

EIA Meritorious Scholarship

Prospective international Student achieved a higher performance percentage above 75% in a Year 12 equivalent study and demonstrate strong English proficiency with IELTS 6.5 or above overall score (no band score lower than 6.0) or equivalent. EIA offer scholarship to eligible students up to 30% of full tuition fees for the full course duration and will be reviewed each trimester based on student performance.

How Do I Apply?

Applicants must submit the completed form with the supporting documentation required which is not
limited to certificates, academic transcript, and qualifications to admissions@eia.edu.au.
