EIA uses Moodle as an effective academic learning management system, students can use their EIA username and password to log in the system and access materials for their courses, submit their assignments, having an online conversation with lecturers and other academic functions. Guidance on how to use Moodle step-by-step during student orientation will be presented. For further guidance on how to use Moodle instruction files are readily available on EIA’s website. Academic learning support

All EIA students will be able to get their student ID cards during orientation from the Student Admissions & Enrolment Officer.

The first student ID card will be free of charge to all EIA enrolled students, and the ID cards will allow them to borrow items from EIA library, attend examinations, as well as other services or facilities which require swipe-card.

All Students must bring their ID cards when they are at EIA campus to promote and ensure a safe and accessible learning and working environment.

Exam and Assessment

All EIA students will be allocated an EIA email account. This is the address EIA will use to contact with their students. Your email account will be in the form of EIAStudentID@eia.edu.au

Transcripts and certificates

All EIA students will have free access to EIA’s Wi-Fi network, using their student ID and password to log in.
